To assist in booking massage appointments using a Groupon please mention you will be using a Groupon and if it's with Bill or Jill.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment within 24hrs or fail show up for your appointment Classic Hair & Spa service providers reserve the right to charge for the appointment or cancel gift certificate. If paying with gift certifcate or any other type of certifcate it will be voided.
This is only a request form, your request will be confirmed with our salon coordinator within 24-48 hours upon receipt. If we cannot accomodate your specific request, we will work with you to find the best alternative. We do try to respond in a timely manner.
