To help you in a more timely manner, please specify which service provider you would like to schedule your appointment with.
If you are unable to cancel within 24hrs or fail to show up for your appointment Classic Hair & Spa Service providers reserve the right to charge for the appointment or cancel gift certificate. If paying with gift certificate or any other type of certificate it will be voided.
This is only a request form, your request will be confirmed with our salon coordinator within 24-48 hours upon receipt. If we cannot accomodate your specific request, we will work with you to find the best alternative. We do try to respond to all requests in a timely manner.
