Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our service providers are independent contractors and reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and appointments that are not cancelled within 24hours.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon, to guarantee that you receive the day and time that best suits your needs. On line appointment request is available, but not guarenteed. Our salon coordinator will be in touch with you 24-48 hours once your request is received, and help you schedule your next appointment.
Product Returns or Exchanges
While we work our talented staff works with you to select the proper products, we know that there is a chance you may not be satisified with your selected product. If you are unhappy with any product you purchase we will gladly exchange it with a product of equal value. Please note that Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but can be used for any Classic Hair & Spa service.
We make every effort to ensure our clients happiness. In the event you are not happy with your hair color or haircut please contact the salon or service provider within 24 hours. We will do our best to work you in within 7 days to correct any issues you may have.
